Sexual Identity Exploration Group

I am currently offering a group for adults age 30 and older to discuss issues around Sexual Identity Exploration. If you have lived  a portion of your life identified as heterosexual and are now experiencing a shift in your sexual identity, then it may be helpful to discuss the process, feelings, challenges, values, and relationships that may be impacted by this exploration or awakening. This group will be dedicated to creating a safe space for adult individuals to explore these questions under the guidance of a licensed psychologist and with the support of a group of like-minded people. The group will include a combination of sharing, discussion and activities to facilitate a deepening understanding of your selves in relationship to your sexual identity. Individuals considering bisexual, gay, lesbian, or transgender identities and lifestyles are welcome.
